Find out when your order leaves the workshop, what delivery costs and how collection works. Delivery time starts after dispatch.
Craft blanks
In-stock blanks and other ready-to-send items usually dispatch within 1–3 working days.
UVDTF printing
Printed to order. Allow 2–4 working days for printing before your transfer is dispatched.
Weekends & cut-off
The 2:30pm UK cut-off applies Monday–Friday to orders ready to leave. There are no weekend collections.
UK delivery options
Choose from the options available for your basket at checkout:
- Evri 2–4 Days: from £3.47
- Tracked 48: from £4.25
- Tracked 24: from £5.25
- Free delivery: on eligible orders over £75
These are current starting prices. Your basket, item size and address determine the final options and price at checkout. Tracked 24 and 48 describe delivery after dispatch; they do not shorten printing time.
Workshop collection
Collection is available by arrangement. Please wait until I confirm your order is ready and arrange a time before visiting; the workshop is appointment only.
If you need an order for a particular date, ask before placing it and I’ll let you know what’s realistic.
Digital designs
Digital Design Drive membership has no postage. Access arrives by Google Drive invitation, usually within two hours of purchase. You’ll need a Google account using the email on your order.
