Sublimation & Snow Globe Effect – Step-by-Step
1. Sublimation
Press at 360°F for 50 seconds using a tumbler press
or
360°F for 5–6 minutes in a convection oven
Allow to cool fully before moving on.
2. Fill the Groove
Invert the tumbler and carefully fill the groove with UV resin.
3. Insert the Inner Plastic Casing
Insert and twist to fit securely.
⚠️ Do not pull it back out — resin will spill everywhere and ruin your mood.
4. Cure the Resin
Cure under UV light for 3–5 minutes, then leave in sunlight until fully firm.
5. Inject the Dispersion Liquid
Use the pre-drilled hole to inject your dispersion liquid into the interlayer.
6. Add the Snow Globe Contents
Pour glitter, mica, flakes, or rhinestones into the same hole using a funnel.
7. Seal the Hole
Seal with a silicone plug, then apply UV resin to lock it in permanently.
8. Final Result
A smooth, sealed, fully functional snow globe tumbler with floating sparkle and vibrant sublimation.
